The PACE Program© is:
- Specialized training for consumer or commercial collections (your choice).

Testing:
There is an on-line test to be completed after almost every module and some of them have additional assignments that are sent to the instructors via e-mail. The final test, role-playing situations with the Instructor are via the telephone and a recorded version available to the student.
Cost:
The full program cost, including all materials, assignment reviews, testing and certification is $495 (taxes additional).
