The Five (easy) steps to improve your knowledge and performance of professional collections and earn certification with "The PACE Program © "

 

  1. Review and select your curriculum of consumer or commercial collections. 

    The disciplines covered in consumer collections is designed for the effective collection of funds from individuals. The commercial collections version focuses on techniques for collection of past-due accounts from businesses.

    There are different modules in each specialty. Though some titles are the same or similar, the content is specific to each discipline. 
     

  2. Register and make payment via credit card or select the option to be invoiced. 
     
  3. You will receive a confirmation along with student ID and password for identification and on-line testing. You may also receive one e-book in a zip-file format, to start your studies. You should receive the full CD package within approximately five business days.
     
  4. Complete your studies. This usually takes three to four weeks. A maximum of six months is allowed.
     
  5. Complete your test and assignments including:

    - email assignments on schedule
    - on-line testing that can be reviewed by students and faculty
    -
    live Collections Role-Playing with a collections professional.

ICPC Certification:

Once you complete your coursework and tests you will receive your certificate from the International Center of Professional Collections as a Certified Financial Collection Professional (C.F.C.P.).

Your certificate will be numbered and registered with ICPC. The registration number may be used as a reference for your employer or prospective employers.
